I blended my photo into the Artsy Paper with inverted masking, then duplicated the photo, converted it to black and white, and, with masks, erased select areas to bring back a hint of color in my daughter's face and more color in the scarf. I made the coffee-cup cluster from things in the Artplay Palette, then stamped on a bunch of clouds. I like the brushes in the Artplay Pallete, so used a lot of them, mostly in pinkish and lavender tones. I finished up with the Cool Glos and the Stitchez, and then the wordART: I used the word coffee from the Rise Word Art set and typed in the rest of the Carly Simon lyric with fonts of my own choosing. Lastly, after flattening my file, I added a linear lavender gradient on Color Dodge Blend Mode to unify the colors in this composition.
