The vintage photo of the ladies in glasses was posted by a friend in a Facebook Group where people share copyright-free images. One look...and I was off and running.

Process Notes:
I used the template as a guideline for placing the Artsy Transfers and then clipped my vintage photo to various layers of the transfer to the left. I flipped the photo horizontally and cropped it to fit the template mask and frame on the right, and then added another frame over it. I placed an Artsy Transfer behind it. I recolored some of the transfer stains, pushing them to greens and purples from the original blues. I added my selfie to the bottom, setting the blend mode to darker color. I told my story, tucked in the title, and added another frame, some embellishments, and stitching, as well as a few more stains from the Frozen Artsy Transers, and then, at the last minute, put a green fill layer over the framed photo to even out the color.
