Nemo is the name of the scientific museum of Amsterdam.
It is built on the foundations of the tunnel of the IJ and situated on the east dock. The building(ship) dates 1997 and is situated near the central station of Amsterdam. It is the work of the architect Renzo Piano. The construction seems to have the shape of a ship .En be, the terrace in roof of the NEMO is transformed into NEMO Summertime, where from the visitors have a view on Amsterdam.
