love your LO Diane ... takes me right back to when I used to live in Germany near the border with Holland ... my parents & I would pop across to go shopping (I wish I could remember the name of the town / city we'd visit ... I'm off the Google to find out).

Ooooh!! I love stroopwafels. They are my favorite!! My husband got some in Nijmegen and we have always been on the lookout ever since. Yummy!! Great LO. I love your take on this challenge.
