JOURNALLING SAYS:
When I took Leah to see KUNG FU PANDA, there was a lot of action!
Those animals did dangerous and scary stunts! Leah remained adult-like, calm, and reassuring for the entire exchange. Our conversation during those scary parts went much like this:
MAMMIE: Oh, my! I hope he wasnt hurt.
LEAH: (calm and reassuring) Hes all right, Mammie.
MAMMIE: Yikes! Did you see that?
LEAH: (as she pats my arm) Its OK, Mammie.
MAMMIE: Oh, dear! Theyre mean...someone got hurt! I know it!
LEAH: (again patting my arm) No one got hurt, Mammie. Theyre fine.
