Easy Torn Edge Templates no. 3
Scenic Template Album no. 11-10

Following the directions by Sonja, I created the blur motion background on the photo. I flattened the image inserted into the Scenic Template to use the large FotoBlendz and add the textures of the layer and brushes. This was flattened and inserted into the Easy Torn Edge to give the rip down the edge. APP Sports artsy papers and elements were used as accents.
