Mary Ellen Hooker Doty, daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother. She was a friend to all, Active Duty Wave in the Navy during World War II, activist for education, and a teacher. She loved history, genealogy, the works of Shakespeare, cats, traveling and her home.
As the wife of a Navy man she acted as the head of her household through not just one but two wars, and traveled to a foreign land when duty called. And while she loved her country, her first and foremost love was always her family.

Clipped Artsy Kardz to template and colored 2 squares to go with Kardz and photo. Clipped photo to mask, added background, embellishments and text.
