Journaling: In this picture, you might think were all family, but in fact, this is Javier and me with Justins family, most of whom we had only met several days before in the airport in Lima, Peru. We all travelled together throughout Lima, Cusco, and Machu Picchu before Justin and Kathias wedding. What an experience this was as Javier was the only bilingual one among us in the group, and we were pretty typical American tourists. We all got to know each other amazingly well in such a short time, which I suppose happens when you are traveling around a foreign country together for a week. Such great memories of our Peruvian family.
