What a gorgeous page! The photo of your precious fur baby caught my eye immediately! What a precious face! I love the white background you used and the circular template brings the eye to your sweet pup. The bright background paper really pops agains the neutral background! You promised a party hat for Ike, and here it is! Fifteen is quite the accomplishment for such a big boy. Love the white face and that happy smile. I can't quite tell if this is an extraction of the hat is placed on top of the photo, but really, really cool use of dimension and color. Congrats on the Standing O!

The hat is actually on Ike! I just made a mask for the OOB on that. The little ball on top Is an element though.
