MakeOver With A Twist- Letters from the Front Remake

My grandfather served as a Canadian soldier during WWI. He took a train from his farm in rural New Brunswick to board a ship in Montreal. They sailed up the St Lawrence and crossed over the Atlantic Ocean to Plymouth England. He trained in Suffolk England for over a year before going to the front lines in France. Luckily the family was given copies of letters he had written to his friend in NB during the time he served overseas. My original scrap page was done last summer before I had discovered Anna Aspnes. Now I have remade the page in Anna style. Thanks to Anna, my scrapbooking looks completely different from a year ago.
For the Anna Remake I used: ArtPlay Family for background paper & a transfer overlay, ArtPlay Crazy Life transfer overlay, ScriptTease Adventure Edge Overlay & brads from ArtPlay Pumpkin Patch.
I don't know how to figure out how to post these in the forum so I am posting them in Anna's Gallery for now.
Here's how I would describe your make-over: striking, personal, balanced, perfect. The addition of the photograph makes it so much more real than a simple collection of the letters themselves. Gold star, grade A.

This is just stunning! I love the blended in original letters and that old photo is fabulous.
