I made the photo a lot warmer and look more golden in photoshop and I gave it a filter in Topaz Texture Effects.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a brush from APP Christmas Magic.
I placed the frame.
I placed the backgroundlayer.
I added all the transfers. Some were recolored and set to another Blendmode.
I placed the elements (I filled the reindeer with some colors that I sampled from the photo) and the WordART.
I placed the MagicSprinklez.
I made the lines on a new layer from a selection that I filled with color that I sampled from the photo.
I duplicated the gold paint and placed it on some more places in the page.
I merged the layers and added a square filled with a golden color on a new layer. I duplicated that layer and used a gold style on it. I reduced the opacity for a soft glow.
I did some sharpening on the texture in the upper part of the page.
