Journaling:
While expecting I wanted to learn to knit but never
got the hang of it. Luckily, the news of your arrival
prompted a friends mom to provide handmade blankets to you and your brother.
They awaited your arrival and have been constant companions
from the beginning. As babies you were often wrapped tightly
within their warmth. They even served as your daycare
blankets to bring you the comforts of home daily. Now they
sit at the foot of your beds filled with pleasant memories and
enjoying the occasional duty of fort windows. Made with love
and used with love. I have no doubt every fiber is now a small
piece of emotion with the power to provide comfort
