This LO does NOT mean that I think God is punishing anyone because they fall on hard times. It means that I acknowledge that what I have is simply by grace, that at any moment it could be me and mine in that painting. Even the wealthiest among us can fall from the pinnacle to the bottom of the ladder between one heartbeat and the next. In that regard, I am far from wealthy, but I AM blessed for now. I also believe that when we lift someone else up and help them turn their face to the sun, we receive the blessing of the gift, but it is not a blessing to be bragged upon, or even shared. It is one to hold in our hearts, letting it warm us as much as the one to whom we extended our hand. Luck has nothing to do with it.

The background is paper pattern 5a blended over AGP paper 14b. I then added layers of paint, graffiti, and elements and lastly the word art
