Process | I clipped various transfers and papers to the paint, texture & masks layers of the template. I added the paint BG paper to the background and the paint transfer on top of other layers then switched the blending mode to multiply to have the paint texture come through. I switched out the frames for 1 torn one. I added a few glows above and below the photo.
