I went for a total different approach this time. I started by making a new document and I placed the Photo. I duplicated it and made a Smart Object of it. In the Artistic Filter Gallery I used the Dry Brush filter on it. I made a group and I put a layermask on it. I copied and pasted the photo in it and I gave some contrast with a Curves Adjustment Layer and then I made an invert selection. With several PNG files of the Artsy Paint (black) I blended the face of the photo back in on the layermask in the group. I copied the original photo to the top of the layers and with a layermask I painted some color back in again with the Artsy Paint brushes. I placed some brushes under the photo too and colored them in. I placed the backgroundpaper from APP love Letters. I placed some brushes and transfers from App love Letters. I placed a glow from LoveGlows No. 2 and set it to Pin Light Blendmode and duplicated it. I placed the birds from MM Birds no 1 I placed the element (it was turned to Black and White) and the WordArt. I colored the WordArt in with multiple colors.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I gave the page some Vibrance and saturation.
