Process

Using a solid paper as my base, I added the photograph.

The photograph was duplicated 4 times with various blending modes applied.

I then turned off all but one of the photo layers and using an inverted mask i blended the photograph back in.

Using the option key (alt pc) I clicked and dragged the inverted mask up to the next photo layer (duplicating it). I did this 3 more times on the other photo layers.

Then playing around with blending modes I created my sketchy look, finally I added a poster edge effect using the filter gallery on the top photograph.

A frame was added to the photo and areas brushed out.

I built up the background using brushes and transfers/overlays from the palette.

A cluster of embellishments were placed and finally some wordART.
