I gave the photo a blue color with the Curves Adjustmentlayers in photoshop. And with Nik Color Efex pro I gave the photo a bit of glamour glow.
In a new document I clipped the photo to an Original FotoBlendz. I placed the backgroundpaper. I made a frame over the photo by selecting a square and filling it with 25 pixels. I gave it a dropshadow. Above the paper layer I placed all the transfers. Also a transfer came over the photo. I placed all the elements from the APP and the MM Balloons. I recolored the heart element to blue. I wanted more grounding for my page so I placed some brushes from ArchiTextures No. 1. Those were set to Color Burn Blendmode to keep the texture in the lines. I placed the WordART. I placed a glow from MM Balloons (Colored orange) on the photolayer set to Linear Burn overlay at 35% opacity.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening work.
