Love the cluster in the sky! Love where the fence is and love the photo! What did you do to make the water that color?

Thanks, Vicky. I used a filter on my photograph, to give it a little "pop". The filter I used was Sketch, then Comic and played with the sliders until I got the look I wanted.

I really wanted to use that photograph, but it just didn't have the color I wanted, so I used the filter.
