DeFacto FotoBlendz No.1
APP Impressario Solid Paper is used to create the ground. Palette Brushes and transfers are layered behind the photos. The DeFacto FotoBlendz were duplicated and multiple copies of the photo were clipped to them. Blending modes of Hardlight, Overlay, and SoftLight were applied to the Fotoblendz. The photo also received Adjustment Layers to alter the levels, and hue/saturations. The ghosted photo was set to SoftLight and received a Layer Mask. Palette elements were added for accents.

Wonderful heritage layout I like how you duplicated the photo and blended it into the background
