I used the Cutout Filter from the Artistic Filter Gallery and blended that together with my photo for a subtle effect.
In a new document I Clipped the photo on a brush from the AAP Anything. I placed the background paper. I placed the frame over the photo layer. I gave the black frame a green color (Later I would blend some glows over it from the AAP Anything) I placed all the transfers and the brushes and the Anna blendz. Some were (re)colored. I placed them under but also over the photo and used some different blendmodes. I placed the elements and the stitches. I placed the WordArt. I used the glows to give some color accents and glow to the photo/frame and page!
I merged the layers and did some sharpening (only on the right side of the page)
