I gave the photo a more artistic look in Photoshop with the Artistic filters.
I played with the 12 X 12 Page FotoBlendz and the SandScratched ToolSet over the photo colored to white.
I clipped the photo to a 12 X 12 Page FotoBlendz in a new document.
I placed 2 of the clipped photos in the document a big one and a smaller one.
I added the transfers and brushes. Some were recolored. They came under and over the photos.
I added the wordart and the text. I recolored them. I typed to the sea with the Seaside Resort NF font. I typed the place and date in the Schruti font.
I did some sharpening on the the Doily Edge Overlays.
I placed a sunglass brush under and over the text! One colored yellow and one colored pink. The pink one got a bevel
I used lightleaks on 3 places in the page
I merged everything. I then did a Color Range selection on the light parts of the page. I copied this to a new layer and gave it a lot of Gaussian blur. I reduced the opacity until I got that soft sunlighted effect on the page.
