Every year my dad decorates the big ol' pine tree in the front yard. He's very particular about the placement of the lights...they have to be perfectly spaced. But...on the first snow or wind, they always get a little out of place but they have to be perfect to start with. This tree is the first thing that gets decorated every year...it's our very own little way to start the holiday season.
