Process...
I started with a solid from the new APP Kristtorn, then added the extracted figure. I used the Santa hat from Kristtorn and warped it to fit his head. The snow brushes and sprinklez are layered over the background with all the brush work done in white. I added the "Jolly" from Holiday WordARTMix No.12 in two layers to darken it. Because I was very short on time, I reused some of the stacked berries and pine from a previous effort and added to it with new elements from MM Holly and APP Kristtorn. Added the paper texture at the bottom to help ground it all, then added the journaling and finished up the title work.
