My favourite place at the beautiful Butchart Gardens is the Japanese Garden.

Process - I choose my3 small photos and clipped them to the photo masks. Then I decided on a paper, enlarged the photo that I was using to apply to the mask on the template and clipped the photo to that and also to the paint layer just below it. I added a couple of transfers and changed the hue and saturation to a colour that went with my photos a bit better. I filled a few of the paint layers with a foreground colour that matched the theme of page. I then added the WordArt, and elements. Finally I added my journaling. Which reads...
The final day of summer and I was lucky to be able to spend it at the beautiful Butchart Gardens! My Mother -In-Laws favorite garden is the Dahlia Garden and my Sister-In-Law prefers to look at all of the other blooms, but I adore strolling through the gorgeous Japanese Garden. The entrance is lovely with a spectacular fountain of a Dragon spewing water instead of his typical fire. Although the maples were not really in their glory of Autumn colors yet, they were starting to change and it was peaceful and serene throughout the Garden. With the muted colors of the changing season, it was a perfect way to welcome in the Fall Days to come!
