This is the second version of this page. I got derailed on the first versionit didn't quite express the emphasis that was important to me, which became a thorn in my side since I want this album to be an authentic recollection of 2016. So I redid the page, moving the photos into different positions to create a layout that was more in keeping with the my intent, which then required redoing the background and embellishments to fit with that, while keeping the mixed-media Artist Trading Card I had made a while agojust not as the focal point this time around.

Unfortunately, being from 1958, that focal photo has the quality that you'd expect. Fortunately, when the Shabby Christmas transfers hit my mailbox this morning, I saw a way to get around the problem by layering the Transfers both above and below the images. I used the Shabby Christmas Artplay Palette as well.
