What an interesting question... she seems poised to act... like she is done talking and is ready to make magic happen... yet she is not triumphant... so I think she is here to break the snow globe, and thus break a spell (the castle here is not real, just the essence of the spell)... but as magic always comes at a price, she hesitates... or perhaps something is missing - the wand is in her left hand, but her right hand is empty... oh my, I could go on forever like this...
