I really struggled to find the right image / story for the October Camera Corner Challenge but I guess thats why its called a challenge, right?!?!?

My journaling reads:
my next door neighbour has an apple tree,
the branches of which hang over their fence and right into my garden.
Every year, I watch as the fruit ripens and eventually drops onto my lawn,
battered and bruised but non-the-less edible.
This year though, I decided to pick the best fruit directly from the tree and make a delicious homemade pie.
