I made the photo sepia and sketchy looking with Artistic Filters and the Curves Adjustmentlayers in Photoshop. I blended several layers together to get this result.
In a new document I placed the backgroundpaper and I clipped the Photo to a brush. I placed brushes and transfers under and over the photo. I placed the Wordarts and the elements.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I made a stroke around the page (with a little Gaussian blur.)
