Notes using Photoshop Elements 14
I started with Artsy Paper #2 and blended in my photo and duplicates of the photo using the Fotoblendz and layer masks. I added the frame, duplicating it twice, then put a little white mat under the center and right frames. The wordART (recolored and altered) came next, then the journaling. To finish up, I enriched the background with transfers and overlays, and added a few embellishments, recoloring the leaves and blending them with screen mode.
