I clipped two photos to the same (copied and rotated) brush. I merged the 2 clipped photos and I did a Color Adjustment on that photolayer. I placed the solid background paper. I placed all the Artsy Bits and pieces and brushes. Some were (re) colored and blended. I typed the text and placed the Word Art. After the merging of the layers I did some sharpening. And I gave the page a warm photo filter.
