I adjusted the red levels on the main photo, duplicated it then set blending mode on top layer to Hard Light and merged. Clipped it to the FotoBlendz. I added the frame and removed sections of it with a layer mask to allow the photo to spill out. Placed a Glow in the top corner with blending mode on Vivid Light. Added WordART and changed colour with colour overlay. Added elements from Hello Autumn Palette.
