Process:
Started with an Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Palette Revel
Added my photo, blended using brushes and blending modes
Placed Celebrate WordART, added color and a stroke style
Placed MultiMedia Banners & WatercolorBalloons
Finished by adding ArtPlay Palette Revel Transfers, Brushes and Elements
