I made my photo artistic looking with the Artistic Filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impresions. I layered many treatments together and I used layermasks to blend parts in. I also used the patterns from the Painters-Toolbox. In a new document I placed the background paper and the photo. I layered all the Bits and Pieces ( Some were set in different Blendmodes) and splats and brushes. I placed the Word Arts and the elements. I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I gave the layout a colored stroke.
