Happy Halloween! Austin loves a good festival complete with a parade. And Halloween weekend is no exceptionit has the best Day of the Dead celebration. This year's activities included: parade procession, live music, costume contest, sugar skull making workshop, altar building and a car show. And, of course, lots and lots of yummy food trucks. So, I was inspired to do a twist on a traditional Day of the Dead design.

Used Anna Aspnes' birds, flowers, butterflies and other assorted bits from a variety of APPs. Background paper is from Cosmopolis.
