A few musings on happiness as I progress through my JustMe 365 Project:

What makes people happy? What make s me happy? Im slightly infatuated with the idea of happiness. Happiness appears to be elusive at times, and often fleeting. I always wish that taste of happiness would stick around a bit longer. You see, happiness is not a thing but a state of mind, directly connected to how we see ourselves. Look at this picture. I do not see what you see which is perhaps the biggest problem. If we all saw ourselves the way others see us, I think wed all be so much happier.
