The Process
I selected a neutral solid from Artplay Palette Posy as the base for the page. The large photo was extracted and duplicated with the blending mode on screen to brighten it up. A custom shadow was placed behind the layers and the gaussian blur filter applied. Several Artsy Tapes were layered with Urban Stitchez 10 and an art stroke to ground the photo. I added an MultiMedia Spring 2 flower behind the photo to give more dimension. MultiMedia Spring flowers were placed in a row, slightly overlapping them. For the smaller photo I clipped it to a watercolor fotoblendz (used the warp tool to reshape the mask to fit the photo better) and placed the frame below the layers. Elements, (the bow was recolored using the hue/saturation tool) word art, a label word strip, splatters and transfers were added to complete the page.
