The paint border for the photo was created by clipping a variety of paint pieces to the edge of the photo. The background is is a more blue paper layered on top of a green paper with the blend mode of the blue paper being changed to darker color.
All that paint is one of the reasons I love digital scrapbooking. I would never add all that paint to physical photo. Its a lot of fun to do digitally. :O)
