Process:
I first processed the photo with the App Waterlogue. A great new user-friendly app!
Open and place processed photo on new page.
Open .png frame and place over photo on overlay mode.
Reflection image below photo was created with Brush9 from AP Getaway.
Open and place brush under photo, placing to mimic a reflection.
Duplicate photo and rotate vertically. Set photo on color mode and place over brush.
Layer transfers and brushes under photo layer, recoloring if necessary.
Add FotoGlows as desired to enhance color.
Complete page with journaling.
