I used a background paper from the artplay palette Revel and I treated the paper with a blending mode "subtract"
I used a couple of cool glows with blending mode "color burn".
In addition I used a scribble that was treated with a layer style also applied to the the word art.
I finished the composition with an Artist edge overlay #9 that was also treated with a style similar to the one used in the word art.
