I made the photo more artsy in Topaz Impression.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a Framed FotoBlendz.
A copy of the photo was placed under it. I offset it a little in 20% opacity
I added the backgroundlayer.
I placed all the transfers and brushes.
I added more frames (some recolored).
I placed the WordArt.
I typed the text.
I gave the frame a coloraccent (brushed it in)
I merged the page.
I sharpened and did some Dodge and Burn work.
