This is another one for the book I'm considering doing about Neve's dressing up. On this day she took a fancy to my (fake) Alexander McQueen skull scarf and thought it would be just perfect for a bride's veil, add a sparkly tutu, some paper roses, red headband and you're good to go...I love her style, I really do!
I've used AP Chatter which is on sale at the moment as part of the Anna Classics bundle.
Basically I just extracted the figures by masking then painting back what I wanted then layering together with a selection of transfers from the AP. A couple of the figures are Hard light mode. Transfers are mainly normal but a couple are overlay and soft light. I wanted a bit of a funky design to go with her outfit so have included skinny lined overlays and Boxed Art strokes.
