Journaling: I love photography, and have played around with it for a while now. Surprisingly, I am just realizing that I am partial to macro photography and close-ups. Most of my favorite photos are in that genre. Unfortunately, I do not yet have a macro lens for my camera, and my telephoto lens is only so-so. Upgrades are coming, though, and I hope to have both of those by the summer. In the meantime, I am stretching myself to take good photos with what I have. I did manage to capture some nice photos at the Gardens on Saturday even without a tripod or macro lens. Not bad for a first attempt at a real photo shoot!
