Journaling - One of the things I remember the clearest about going to the beach as a child was the feeling of the sand underfoot. Depending on the month, it could be cool and soothing , warm and inviting, or hot enough to make you jump crazily about. Sand on the feet along with newly bronzed, salty skin as we headed home became a small and gritty reminder of our day at the beach and all the fun we had.
