I gave my photo a sketchy look with the Artistic filters in Photoshop. In a new document I placed the backgroundpaper. (I stretched it a little and pulled it to the right) I placed the frame under the photo. I started playing with the transfers and brushes! They came under and over the photolayer and I used different Blendmodes. I also placed some elements under the photo layer and let them peek out a little. I placed the elements and the WordArts and the UrbanThread. I placed some Fare No. 1 brushes in the background.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
