I started with the template and deleted one of the photos. I used the cluster embellishment action for created the layering of for the main photo. This is very forgiving, with each layer able to be resized, moved, transformed after the action is run. To make the word are stand out, I kept the one as is but sized it larger than the photos. I layered the wedding verse underneath it for more emphasis.
