This is for this weeks AnnaLift. I tried really hard to make a simple and elegant layout as Simone had, but I guess I just cant do simple. Every time I opened another one of Annas kits, I would find another item I felt I just had to have on the page. I will keep trying to simplify on future pages, but this was an epic fail. I did lift quite a few elements from Simones gorgeous page, such as the image in the lower right, the hint of a frame, wonderful mottled colors, and textures. Love your page Simone.

My Process: I began with an Artsy Paper from AP Canyon. I layered it with two other papers that had a bit of texture, placing the top paper on blend mode multiply and the middle paper on blend mode Pin light. I then added the photo to the bottom right of the layout. I used the Inverse Masking technique to blend the photo unto the page. I placed the layout on blend mode Vivid Light, copied this photo, and placed the top photo back on blend mode normal, reducing its opacity to about 20%. I then added a variety of textures from the new ArtsyTransfers Canyon and Blessings, playing around with their blend modes until I liked the results. I added the triple frame from AP Canyon, using only one of the frames, I deleted the clipping mask and the shadow, placed just the frame, masking out portions, and then added a custom shadow. I added the LightLeaks throughout the page, placing them on different blend modes, and playing around with the opacity of each one. I then added the AnnaBlendz placing them on blend mode overlay, which allowed the area to darken, and for a faint texture to show through. I added the wood word (Explore), and then placed the dragonfly from AP Shine. I placed the wordArt , and scripttease, and then placed the floral element from aP Shine, under the photo layers, allowing the blossoms to extend from the lower left of the photo. I was done, but decided to use RadLab on the flattened image to give it a slight Vignette.
