I've been having fun with Lorie Davison's amazing Somewhat Perilous Sea Voyages of Cealio (Within Everything in it!) collection because it has so many fabulous ocean scenes and papers to work with. To create this scene, I made an image of a Sea Elf in Midjourney (AI). The sea elf and the water all the way to the horizon are from Midjourney.

Next I selected a fabulous background paper for the sky in the scene. Then I created interest in the lower right corner by overlaying a map, adding barrels, shells, coral, and beach glass from the collection. The collection also has these two hilarious pirate sea gulls, which I had to add to the layout.

Finally, I added one of my all-time favorite quotes from Albert Einstein from the kit: "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other as though everything is a miracle."
