For a recipe challenge at Oscraps. Elements from Anna Aspnes, Dido Designs, Maya, Carla Gibson, and NBK Design.

I hope this meets the requirements. I have both solid & patterned (numbered) paper; paint beneath the number 11, and word art. Didos frame gave me curly ribbons, a flower and foliage, but just in case I added a bit at the top. I decided the party was a birthday party, but in any case the wordart says Birthday. I cut the attachment/frame fastener from another frame. So its all a bit patchwork, but I hope its ok.
