Techniques
1.
The picture is clipped to one of the new ArtsyPaint Masks.
The mask has a low opacity so I stacked some transfers behind.
2.
Actually Ive clipped two layers of the picture to the mask.
The first was set to blendmode luminosity,
the second to ColorBurn.
Between the two of them there is a patterned transfer. Opacity 45%
3.
The JazzedUpLoopDaLoop has a glow:
I used blendmode ColorBurn for it.
