Process: I started with two solid papers from ArtPlay MiniPalette Opacus and blended these together. I added two WaterColorSky from the APP and these were placed at the top of the layout. I placed a transfer and clipped the photo to it. Another transfer was placed in the background of the photo to lighten it up a bit. I placed brushes and transfers below the photo to extend the part in front of the children. I finished the layout with the string, button and quote.
